Orvieto: Cathedral Piazza Duomo 2009Last month I went to Venice to visit the Venice Biennale 2009. I also traveled to the south of Italy: a short visit to Rome, I visited the tombs of an Etruscan necropolis in Tarquinia, to the beautiful half island Monte Argentario with the towns of Obertello and Porto Santo Stefano and to Orvieto located on a mountain with a giant cathedral. The photograph is taken with my self-made 4 x 5 inch pinhole camera – cathedral of Ovieto.
