Artists are asked to send in applications on their art works to testify if the work is really allowed to call itself an art work or not. The idea is to bring structure into the often asked question if something is art or not. A team of specialists views the works and gives it a value categorized into Art and Non-Art.
The aim is to built a database that is showing art works validated into Art and Non-Art. Also the artist gets a certificate that can help him from struggling with quality questions. The website is gone online in 2010, and will go public in 2011.
